◆一批钢铁国家标准英文版获准发布
5月21日，国家市场监督管理总局（国家标准化管理委员会）批准了146项国家标准外文版。其中，包括一些钢铁国家标准英文版。

◆泰国对华高碳线材发起第二次反倾销日落复审调查
2025年5月15日，泰国商业部外贸厅发布公告称，应泰国国内企业的申请，泰国对原产于中国的高碳线材发起第二次反倾销日落复审调查。涉案产品描述如下：横截面呈圆形，直径小于14毫米，按重量计含碳量不低于0.76%但不超过0.92%。涉及泰国海关编码7213.9130.061、7213.9130.022、7213.9130.030、7213.9130.031、7213.9130.090、7213.9190.021、7213.9190.022、7213.9190.030、7213.9190.031、7213.9190.090、7227.9010.052、7227.9010.090、7227.9090.050、7227.9090.051、7227.9090.052、7227.9090.053、7227.9090.054、7227.9090.055、7227.9090.056、7227.9090.059和7227.9090.090项下的产品。案件调查期间，对涉案产品的反倾销税以保证金的形式征收，自2025年5月16日起生效，有效期不超过1年。公告自发布之日起生效。
2012年11月29日，泰国对原产于中国的高碳线材启动反倾销调查。2013年8月29日，泰国对该案作出反倾销初裁。2014年5月17日，泰国对原产于中国的涉案产品作出反倾销终裁。2014年10月17日，泰国对中国涉案产品征收CIF5.17%～33.98%的反倾销税。
2019年5月15日，泰国对原产于中国的高碳线材启动第一次反倾销日落复审调查。2020年5月15日，泰国对该案作出第一次日落复审终裁，决定继续以到岸价（CIF）对中国涉案产品征收反倾销税，其中涉案企业本溪北台高速线材有限公司（Benxi Beitai Gaosu Steel Wire Rod Co., Ltd.）为12.26%，江苏沙钢集团有限公司（Jiangsu Shagang Group Co., Ltd.）旗下的企业张家港沙景钢铁有限公司（Zhangjiagang Shajing Steel Co., Ltd.）、张家港宏兴高线有限公司（Zhangjiagang Hongxing High Wire Co., Ltd.）、张家港润忠钢铁有限公司（Zhangjiagang Sheen-faith Steel Co., Ltd.）、江苏润忠高科公司（Jiangsu Sheen-faith High-Tech Co., Ltd.）、Zhangjiagang Rongchang High Wire Co., Ltd.、张家港荣盛炼钢有限公司（Zhangjiagang Rongsheng Steel Co., Ltd.）均为15.04%，江苏永钢集团（Jiangsu Yonggang Group Co., Ltd.）为20.56%，其他企业为36.79%。措施至2025年5月15日终止。涉案产品的泰国海关编码为7213.9190.021、7213.9190.022、7213.9190.030、7213.9190.031、7213.9190.090、7227.9000.050、7227.9000.051、7227.9000.052、7227.9000.053、7227.9000.054、7227.9000.055、7227.9000.056、7227.9000.059以及7227.9000.090。
